Bring your design to life!

A landscape architect is committed to the creation of meaningful and vital outdoor places and to the sustainable management of our environment.  A well-designed landscape will provide you with the ability to extend your living space, engage and connect and with nature, other people, and yourself.

Vegetation such as trees and plants, arbors, installed seating, fountains, fire pits/fireplaces, patios, and even outdoor kitchens can create a space that is both inviting and environmentally sustainable while adding value to your home.

Walkways, Steps, Patios

They provide the  foundation of your landscape design.  Walkways lead you from the street, your house or from one area of your garden to the next. Stairs aid in maneuvering through different grades with ease in the landscape. Patios expand your living area to the outside, providing additional outdoor rooms.

I will help guide you through the process of choosing the types of paths, materials and structures to ensure it works for you and enhances the space around your home and how you envision it to be.

Fire Features

A fire-pit is perfect for evening gatherings in the garden and will bring family and friends together. Fire features are a mesmerizing architectural statement that will instantly create a relaxing atmosphere.

Jacuzzis and Swim Spa

Hot tubs and outdoor jacuzzis provide a variety of therapeutic benefits and are a delightfully indulgent way of enjoying your garden.

We always make a point of harmonizing hot tubs with your garden, particularly when we are designing the garden as a whole. We usually prefer to do this by integrating hot tubs structurally into decked areas, and by having raised beds surround them, as pictured.

Water Features and

Stormwater Management

Through thoughtful design we have the opportunity to incorporate raingardens, dry river beds, and bioswales into our landscapes to mitigate the effects of flooding and erosion on your property and the property of your neighbours.
